O Tim Festival acontece nos dias 22, 23, 24 e 25 de outubro no Auditório Ibirapuera em São Paulo;  nos dias 23, 24 e 25 de outubro na Marina da Glória no Rio de Janeiro e nos dias 25, 26 e 27 de outubro no Teatro da UFES em Vitória, ES.  Apesar dos cancelamentos significativos como a banda The Gossip e o músico inglês Paul Weller, o evento ainda agita toda a semana. Kanye West, Klaxons, Neon Neon e o trabalho solo de Marcelo Camelo são algumas das atrações do festival, que em São Paulo ainda comemora os três anos da inauguração do Auditório Ibirapuera, idealizado por Oscar Niemeyer cinco décadas atrás.
Aqui fica o video de I Lust U (feat. Cate Le Bon) e o deslumbre eletrônico de Neon Neon. Nada de novo no universo da música eletrônica, mas a música é boa pra caramba.

Rock and roll, classic rock, progressive rock (whichever term you like) is the music we grew up with and love.  The music produced by these artists is endlessly fascinating.  We never get tired listening, discussing, and collecting this music.  And rock has no better arena than in the live setting.  The thrill of hearing (and watching) these artists translate their thoughts and emotions on stage is the only true place to experience the transcendent beauty (or ridiculousness) they create.  
There are many websites dedicated to a particular band.  Many websites will offer great information on Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, or the Rolling Stones.  But no other free website in the world offers the comprehensive and detailed analysis of live music for all artists as contained on this site.  Of course Dylan, The Beatles, The Stones and Led Zeppelin are the basis of this site, but you will also find reviews of releases by such diverse acts as Emmylou Harris, Paul Simon, and the kings of Norwegian black metal Darkthrone.

I'm curious to see who runs which one of these over the next 12 hours or so.
When it comes to power politics and body language, you couldn't find a bigger contrast. In the top image, Obama not only takes on the full sun but in dipping his left shoulder, he looks off balance while gazing up at the larger and completely planted Schwarzenegger. That, combined with the effusive grin makes Barack look like someone in a fan line, like: "I just met the Terminator!"
In comparison, the second shot has the men more level (given the uphill tilt in Obama's favor). Besides exercising authority in controlling Arnold's arm and using Schwarzenegger to block the glare, the President-elect also commands the attention of the governors behind.
The juxtaposition is significant, at this point, as a visual precursor to the fortunes of the new administration. Knowing that Obama, in all his confidence, is going to be severely tested, the question is, will adversity weaken or strengthen him? If the answer is more definitive in one direction or the other, count on photo editors to choose accordingly.

Unfortunately, the video for the Cookers remix to Kid Cudis Day Nite turned out to be kind of stupid. Fortunately, Cudi realized it before the video was released and decided to pull the plug. Unfortunately, its 2008 so it leaked on the web almost instantly anyway. Besides the fact that leading off with the dance-y remix to the single was questionable to begin with, the goofy clip features Cudi and some models dancing around a grocery store at night after he gets stoned in the bathroomit was probably supposed to be ironic or something but the director didnt pull it off.

Taking a page from his bosss playbook, Cudi greased-up his caps-lock key and posted a passionate on his blog. As per his request, the video is being taken down on some sites but its still pretty easy to come across. Take a look so you can say you did.
